Ryan Carr, Founder

Ryan is the founder of Rhino Companies LLC., which also includes Rhino Tax/ Eastern Financial services. 

Ryan was born and raised in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  Born to a blue-collar family, Ryan is the second of four children raised by a single mother.  Ryan now lives in the lakes region of New Hampshire where he is raising his two young daughters. When Ryan is not dedicating his time to family and philanthropy, he is ensuring that the wrestlers for Plymouth State University are following their dreams, working their hardest  as their Coach. 

Ryan dedicates his time to philanthropy, small businesses and their owners. He will immerse himself into learning and understanding the fundamentals of particular small businesses. He believes that his clients should have the respect of having a financial consultant that truly understands and appreciates their business inside and out. 

Ryan has worked in financial services  and tax industry since 2007, helping small business owners and entrepreneurs understand their businesses and how to grow it so they can achieve both business and personal  goals. 

With the Marijuana industry on the rise throughout New England, he knew he wanted to take his consulting one step further. Marijuana growers and dispensaries cannot rely on the everyday consultant to guide them through finances and taxes, they need an expert that understands the differentials in laws and codes, as well as someone who respects that industry and what it has to offer to the public and those who need it medically. 

Ryan continues to bring his passion and dedication to his clients, and will continue to do so as the industry changes and grows. 

Ryan has personally chosen professionals in both the finance and legal professions to add continued education and consulting to himself and his clients.
